FREE Kids Fringe The Stroud Kids Fringe will be held in the Subscription Rooms Last year the theme for the weekend is ''Fairy tales and Nursery rhymes'' to reflect Stroud's great literary heritage and on the Sunday we are asking all the children to come in Fancy Dress.
